What does the setup cover?
Designing your hub, connecting your tools, your seven-day onboarding week with our team, and the first month of support after you go live.
Is the AI included in the monthly price?
Yes. Each plan includes the AI your agents use each month. If your team needs more, we'll tell you before it costs you anything.
What happens after the first month?
Get help in your hub and email support stay included on every plan. Professional adds a monthly check-in call and build hours, and Enterprise adds priority support and a quarterly review. Anything beyond that, like a new connection, is quoted up front.
Can we add people or change plans later?
Yes. Add people to any plan for a set monthly amount each, or move up when your team grows. Your hub, its history and its agents come with you.
How do we pay?
By invoice, with bank transfer or card.
