How it works
From first call to go-live in a week.
You tell us how your team works. Wrenhouse designs a hub around it, connects your tools and learns your business, with a person from our team beside you the whole way.
- Day 1Set up and connect
- Days 2–4Custom connections
- Day 5Automation plan
- Day 6Team review
- Day 7Go live
Before you start
A 30-minute call
We ask how a normal day runs, where requests come from and which tools your team lives in. You see a hub built for a team like yours, and you get a clear quote.
Day 0 · About 15 minutes
A one-time link and a few questions
You get a private link that works once. The first person to use it becomes your hub's admin and answers a short set of questions.
- Your company, your team and what each person does
- How work moves from request to done
- Where requests come from, and the tools you use
- What you want more time for, and your color
Same day
Your hub is designed for you
From your answers, Wrenhouse lays out the whole hub: tabs named in your words, starter automations, agents with their own job descriptions, your first tasks and a seven-day plan.
Before you see it, a separate review checks the design against a written standard: your words, your names, real next steps, nothing generic. Anything that falls short is reworked first. Then you look it over and ask for changes in plain words.
Days 1 to 7
The onboarding week
- Day 1. Approve your hub, invite your team, and connect email, calendar and your main tools. Sorting starts that day.
- Days 2 to 4. We build any custom connections, like EDI or an API, while agents study your website and documents.
- Day 5. Review the automation plan and pick the first automations.
- Day 6. Your team reviews drafts in "asks first" mode so agents learn your style.
- Day 7. Go live. We confirm every business system is working, with a check-in call.
After go-live
It keeps getting better
Agents keep learning from every approval and edit. Your first month of support is included, and a dedicated implementation manager can be added to guide your rollout.
Your Hub Owner checks every agent and connection each morning, and Get help in Settings fixes what it can or brings in our team.
Each month the Hub Scout proposes upgrades for your field, and improvements to Wrenhouse reach every hub without anyone lifting a finger.
How your hub learns your business
It learns from what you choose, and shows you everything.
Your hub learns how your business works from the sources you choose, like your website, documents and connected tools, and shows you everything it learned. It only reads while it learns, and nothing goes out without your approval.
- The super admin turns on each source. Nothing is read until they do.
- Learning is read-only. Sensitive details are masked.
- Every read is written to your hub’s log.
- Your data is never used to train AI models.
- A “What your hub knows” page lets you correct or delete anything it learned.
- The automation plan shows the evidence behind each idea, and every automation starts in asks first.

Connections
Works with the tools you already have.
Your hub connects to email, calendars and your main business system through their own sign-in, an API, EDI or a secure file exchange. Where a tool has no way in yet, agents work from email and files until it does.
In the automation plan on day 5, the Hub Mapper lists any other connection that would help, with what each one saves, so you decide what to add and when.
Automations
Two modes, and you pick which.
An automation is one job your agents do, like answering a quote request or confirming tomorrow's bookings.
Asks first
The agent drafts and waits in For you. A person approves, edits or says no. Every automation starts here.
Automatic
Only when your admin turns it on for that one automation, after the team trusts it. It still logs every step, and you can switch it back at any time.
Start with a 30‑minute call.
No prep needed. Bring the thing that eats the most of your team's day.
